Even though Christmas and New Year’s Eve are upon us, and you likely start slowly to make yourself comfortable under the Christmas tree, you should still mark an upcoming event in the calendar for May.
The European Geosciences Union (EGU), Europe’s largest geoscience event, is having its annual general assembly from the 3rd to the 8th of May 2020 in Vienna, Austria.
To get you in the swing for the conference before the stress of the new year comes, we have prepared a list of presentations and other interesting events held by APPLICATE scientists, so that you can consider submitting your contribution too.

If you are interested in knowing what else will be presented, head over to the EGU’s general assembly website, to search for exciting lectures: https://www.egu2020.eu and https://meetingorganizer.copernicus.org/EGU2020/sessionprogramme. And don’t forget, the deadline for abstract submission is the 15th of January!
